Yes, I think it struck a chord of truth. Making every change and all communication between patient and physician happen in a 1:1 in-person visit with no follow-up of adherence or other issues is like lining up the troops to get mowed down-- an outmoded way of practice, but the old school is reluctant to change and will punish many who try.
