Even people in their 90s can increase their strength by as much as 174% in 8 weeks by slowly increasing the weight used in their exercise program. Imagine the benefits on function! Most community programs are not designed to produce that result. What do you think?
Four weeks back in the gym, my hip pain (osteoarthritis) has decreased by about 75%! My balance has improved immensely and I should be ready to get out and hike with my husband (I jokingly call him the “mountain goat”) without slowing him down—except to take pictures!—or getting out of breath in the next few weeks. Also, being busier makes it easier to skip snacks, and boredom baking and eating!😜🍪🧁🥧🍞🍕🍫🍿🍰😬
