Yes, a good start. However, the most important reform is to ensure that ALL clinical research data must be made available to allow independent investigators to check the integrity and completeness of the evidence, validate the claims of effectiveness without any quid pro quo and doubt to restore trustworthiness in the research. The corrupt practices to cherry-picking data to fit preordained narratives for 31 pieces of silver must end!

We have gotten away from the truth and sunshine. Patients are right not to trust our system when we hide the facts from them. Our system is not patient centered. It is organized around the needs of providers and institutions.

We must insist on building a merit based 💯% real empirical evidence based trustworthy system that’s completely opposite of what this I call “American Medicine Kabuki Dance Theatre” has perpetrated against American people!

We need a fundamental change to clean up the system. This is what we are working on to create an infrastructure for zero trust, independent, ethical, and transparent digital framework to keep everyone honest and all the data are available for independent investigators to take deep dive in for honest and transparent reporting. No more corrupt play shenanigans with OUR data! We must insist on 💯% complete, transparent, replicable, validated evidence to restore faith and trust. This shall be our salvation!
