Yes access to care and long delays in many instances. Cardiac care seems to have many delays in access to care and shortages of isotopes used for some tests. Maybe cardiac care is overwhelmed with people looking for care? Orthopedics not so bad but in general not enough healthcare providers.
That is correct and that is always the driving force behind the swamp-money, power, and control. The medical operations that work for ordinary Americans in this country are owned by the people they serve. They set the priorities.

This is all the awful stuff Canadian have - forever, it seems - been hearing about the American system.
