My diet has long been one that wards off type 2 diabetes, heart disease, etc. That's been a priority from youth. One thing for me to do more of: walking. My very much loved dog died 2 years ago - such a great motivator to go for a walk on all but the nastiest days (when he also did not want to go for a walk). A second benefit from the walks: the pleasure of watching him jumping down into ditches, coming back up muddy, even when slowing down, learning where he could (and where he could no longer) climb out of the 6-foot-deep ditch.

Bill your smart son should understand what we have done and love the technology behind its creation. He processes voices we process electrical signals of any biological origin to automate physiological information extraction. Hah!

Yes, expanding your youthspan is a good way to put it. Who doesn't want to live longer in good health and fully functioning? We are learning so much about how to achieve this all the time now. It's about making the right choices. Thank you for this - I look forward to the next one.

Thanks Patricia. We will cover the whole thing. Most people understand that diet, exercise, and cigarettes shorten your youthspan. The science of aging is very advanced now and certain meds have a major impact.
