Love the team emphasis. On the other hand, I know the value of individual work - like these Substacks. The program I've just created. My doctoral work. And so much more. I didn't, and with the Substack posts, don't want to be doing them as part of a team. I have also seen teams crippling participants. All the same, I very much value being in a team. I've been part of very effective teams.

Teams accomplish the best military and for chronic diseases, the best medical results. The most effective team leaders create an evironment that supports members in doing their best work. Of course there are leaders that don't get it, and their teams are less effective.

Thanks for your answer. Then, another thought. I've just set up a program. I'm the leader. (Launch date - Feb 5) I see that this program is not just leader/mentor with enrollees - but a team, where it matters a lot to be a very effective leader/mentor.
