So glad you posted this. During my dietary changes I have been avoiding artificial sweeteners which I have always enjoyed in my coffee. Now I know I can enjoy it once again. I mostly drink water but every now and then I just have to have a diet soda. Thanks!

It is entirely possible to make the program so difficult that you might not live longer, but it will certainly seem longer. My goal is to achieve success and still enjoy the fullness of life to the extent possible. If we limit something, it should be on the basis of very solid evidence. When the program is easy and we only change what must be changed, it is easy to keep going. Your success is inspiring.
